Hi, I'm Nataliya, nice to meet you.
I'm in a wonderful period of life, a transition to a new career.
Now, I am dedicated to mastering the skills of a UX researcher and designer, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
I have background in the workers compensation industry, building teams of collaborative researchers and verification specialists, team players with curious minds to find the correct data and deliver result.
How I got started in UX design.
While working with my previous company's billing software and navigating various insurance sites and chatbots, I began to pay close attention to the pain points my team encountered while focusing to meet our production goals.
These experiences sparked my curiosity about the user experience of the systems we used, as well as the individuals responsible for their development.
This fascination eventually led to a deeper interest in UX design, motivating me to explore the field further and learn how to create more intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
As a self-taught UX specialist, I have taken several courses on Udemy related to the field, completed a Google Certificate, and continue to learn by following different specialists. Currently, I am enrolled in a graphic design course and learning Webflow to gain a better understanding of HTML and CSS.
